Can I bring my baby to the session?
Babies under around 9 months are always welcome. You can breastfeed freely, or lay them down for a roll and a babble. Once they start crawling it gets a bit trickier. Older kids that can sit and play quietly are no problem, but toddlers are best to stay with a babysitter, or alternatively parents can attend separately. Or book a private session and they can run free.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds, however if you can’t make a session you have booked into you will be able to attend another public session that suits. After 2 cancellations no further rebooking or refund will be provided. We know things ultimately come up at times and will always do our best to accommodate.
Is your course accredited?
The Save a Kid session is delivered in a non-accredited format. We do it this way to maintain a paediatric focus, keep costs down, and the session relevant. An accredited course requires prelearning, formal assessment, takes more time and is significantly more expensive. There is currently no accredited child focussed first aid session available in Australia.
